The Frank Harris Training Centre was officially opened at the annual Field Day held on 15th July 1972 by Lord Baden Powell, the grandson of our Founder.
It is an ideal indoor centre for Pack Holidays, Training Weekends etc. comprising of a Main Activities Hall/Dining Area, a modem fully equipped Kitchen, Male, Female, and Disabled toilets with showers, and a Bunk House, completed in 2003, sleeping 24 plus separate Leader Rooms for 6 and disabled sleeping.



Please note that for 2009 - 2010 we are pleased to introduce a Classroom Facility in the Holmes Cabin.

AT YOUR SERVICE
For the benefit of visitors to our Centre, the District Scout Fellowship operate a Tuck and Souvenir Shop on the site. Whilst the Shop is not available 24/7, If you would like to avail yourself of these facilities during your stay then please contact the Shop Manager, Mrs Trish Shepherd on 01274 878442 to discuss opening times to suit your requirments.
